We are dedicated to providing you with the best delivery experience. As we offer both ready-to-ship essentials and specialized made-to-order items, please review the processing times below to understand when to expect your package.
1. Processing & Production Time
Turnaround time depends on the product type:
📦 Standard In-Stock Items:
Processing Time: 1 - 3 Business Days.
(Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours).
🎨 Customized / Made-to-Order Items:
These items are crafted specifically for you based on your specifications.
Production Time: 5 - 15 Business Days.
Quality takes time. We will keep you updated via email during the production stages.
⚠️ Important Note on Mixed Orders:
If your order contains both Standard and Customized items, we generally aim to ship the entire order together once the custom items are completed to ensure you receive everything at once. However, depending on the item size and availability, we may occasionally dispatch items in separate packages. You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment if this occurs.
2. Shipping Rates & Transit Estimates
Once your item has left our facility (after the processing/production time above), the following transit times apply.
(Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.)

Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing/Production Time + Transit Time.
Transit times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or unforeseen carrier delays.
3. Order Tracking
For Standard Items: You will receive a tracking number immediately upon dispatch.
For Custom Items: You will receive an order confirmation first. A tracking number will be emailed to you only after the production is finished and the package has been handed to the carrier.
4. Cancellation & Changes
Standard Items: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, they enter our automated dispatch system and cannot be changed.
Customized Items:
First 24 Hours: Full cancellation allowed.
After 24 Hours: Production begins. Cancellations are not accepted as materials have been cut and prepared specifically for you.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ingot Spires LLC ships products globally.
Customer Responsibility: All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in your shipping cost and are collected by your local government.
Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused by the customer due to customs fees, the package may be destroyed or returned to us. In such cases, we cannot refund the original shipping cost, and a restocking fee may be deducted from any product refund.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately.
Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors first. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days. If the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or a free replacement.
