Coupons, Gift Cards & Promotions Policy

This policy explains how coupons, discount codes, and gift cards work at Ingot Spires LLC, including rules regarding redemption, expiration, and refunds.

1. Discount Codes & Coupons From time to time, we may offer promotional codes to our customers. To ensure fair usage, the following rules apply:

• One Code Per Order: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order. You cannot “stack” multiple coupons (e.g., combining a “Welcome” code with a “Holiday Sale” code).

• Non-Transferable: Discount codes are intended for the recipient and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

• Exclusions: Discount codes typically apply to the product price only and do not apply to shipping costs or taxes, unless the code is specifically for “Free Shipping.” Some specific collections (e.g., Limited Edition or Clearance items) may be excluded from general discounts.

• Retroactive Use: If you forgot to enter a discount code at checkout, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We may, at our discretion, apply the discount as a refund to your original payment method. We cannot apply discounts to orders placed more than 24 hours ago.

2. Gift Cards We offer digital Gift Cards that can be purchased and used as a form of payment on our store.

• No Expiration: Gift Cards purchased with currency (Cash/Credit Card) do not expire, in compliance with US federal and state laws.

• Redemption: Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.

• Non-Refundable: Gift Cards cannot be returned, reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

• Lost Codes: Treat your Gift Card code like cash. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is used without your permission. However, if you have lost the email, please contact support with your order details, and we can resend it to the original email address.

3. Refunds on Discounted Items If you return an item that was purchased using a discount code or during a sale:

• Refund Amount: You will be refunded the actual amount you paid, not the original full price of the item.

  • Example: If a shirt is $50, and you used a $10 discount code to pay $40, your refund will be $40.

• Coupon Validity: Discount codes are generally one-time use. If you return an order, the discount code used for that order is considered “spent” and will not be reactivated for a future purchase, unless the return was due to our error (e.g., defective item).

4. Refunds Involving Gift Cards

• Gift Card + Credit Card Split: If you paid for an order using a combination of a Gift Card and a Credit Card, and you request a refund:

  1. The portion paid by Gift Card will be refunded back to the Gift Card (Store Credit).

  2. The remaining amount paid by Credit Card will be refunded to your card.

  • We cannot refund the Gift Card portion as cash to your credit card.

5. Promotional Vouchers (Free Money) Occasionally, we may issue “Promotional Vouchers” or “Store Credit” for free (e.g., as a contest prize or marketing bonus). Unlike purchased Gift Cards:

• These vouchers may have an expiration date, which will be clearly stated.

• These are strictly non-refundable and have no cash value.

6. Abuse of Policy We reserve the right to cancel any order or suspend your account if we suspect abuse of our coupon system (e.g., using scripts to generate codes, creating multiple fake accounts to use “new customer” discounts repeatedly).
