At Ingot Spires LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note the distinction between our product types:

✅ Standard In-Stock Items: Eligible for return within 30 days for any reason (including change of mind).

🚫 Customized / Made-to-Order Items: Due to the personalized nature of these products (which are crafted specifically to your specifications), we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made a mistake with your customization.

🚫 Final Sale / Clearance Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
3. Damages and Issues (Our “Make It Right” Guarantee) Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) at [email protected] with photos of the issue.

For Defective/Wrong Items: We will send you a free replacement immediately or issue a full refund. You do not need to pay for return shipping in this case.
4. How to Start a Return To start a return, you must contact us at [email protected].

Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address on the shipping label. We utilize multiple warehouses, and items sent to the wrong address may be lost and ineligible for a refund.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Product: We cover the return shipping cost (or provide a prepaid label).

Change of Mind / Remorse: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
7. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. (Note: If you received a damaged item, we will simply send a replacement. No need to re-order.)
